After the summer break, Chef Patrice Vander, along with his entire team, invites you to an evening to celebrate the “Collection” dishes at the Michelin-star restaurant Les Fresques, on Saturday 7th September. These include crayfish, perch fillets from the lake and Bresse poularde, and as a discerning epicurean or newcomer to Les Fresques, you can discover or rediscover the signature dishes for which our Chef has been recognized for over many years.
