Your private events
One of our event coordinators is responsible for providing customers with personal guidance and advice. Wedding organisation encompasses a range of tailored and bespoke services including decoration, menu, entertainment and luxury accommodation.
A choice of reception venues - restaurants, terraces and the Evian Lounge - are available. The Evian Lounge, located on garden level at the Hôtel Royal, not only caters for up to 200 people, depending on the layout (172 with a dance floor), but also offers a terrace, direct access onto the hotel’s grounds and stunning views of Lake Geneva.

Close to Geneva in the heart of Europe, at a stunning 47-acre venue, the Hôtel Royal, an Évian Resort hotel, can host all of your corporate events, for 10 to 1,000 people: conventions, meetings, conferences, seminars, incentives, board meetings, product launches and even your team building events thanks to its in-house Sport & Culture team.
G7 2026: Hôtel Royal Returns to the Diplomatic Stage
In 2026, Hôtel Royal reconnects with its diplomatic heritage as it welcomes the G7 Summit, more than two decades after hosting the G8 Summit in 2003.
Throughout its history, this palace overlooking Lake Geneva has provided the backdrop for defining moments, including the 1938 Humanitarian Conference, the Evian Accords, and numerous international gatherings that have shaped the distinctive identity of Hôtel Royal.
Within its historic salons, where French elegance meets the tranquillity of the Alps, the hotel offers an environment conducive to dialogue and reflection, an atmosphere cherished by its guests for more than a century.
The return of the G7 to Evian in June 2026 represents a natural continuation of this legacy. It reaffirms Hôtel Royal's enduring vocation: a place designed to welcome guests with care and discretion, where every detail, from the hushed calm of its corridors to the sweeping views over Lake Geneva, invites thought and contemplation.
